What do I offer that is different?

"30+ years working with people from all walks of life, including company directors, doctors,  barristers, teachers, civil servants, builders, housewives/househusbands, the unemployed, plus the vulnerable and hard to reach, such as teenage mothers, people with learning disabilities, mental health difficulties or suffering serious illness, victims  of crime and offenders.

Qualitative research with both full service agencies and freelancing has provided me with extensive experience of interfacing between consumers/users of products/services and the worlds of both business and government across a wide range of issues.  The focus is on the bigger picture  and what it means to the business/government, but it requires understanding at inter and intra personal levels .

Victim Support and person-centred counselling in a range of settings has provided me with a very different focus -  to see life from another's perspective and gain a deep understanding of what it means to them personally ... with acceptance, respect and without judgement.

Each brings greater depth and breadth to my experience, abilities and insights ... and to what I bring to both research and counselling".
